Sweet Tanna was found by a kind tourist, wandering the streets of Bali with a poorly eye, desperately begging for scraps of food from people and cafes. Sadly though, whenever he tried to eat, the pain was insufferable and he couldn’t swallow a single bite.
His condition was dire. On top of a severely infected eye and prolapsed eyeball, he was also malnourished and extremely dehydrated. His rescuer told our team that it looked like he had stopped fighting for his life.
Because of the kindness of an animal lover just like you, Tanna is now at Sunset Vet in Ubud, receiving critical medical treatment to stabilise his condition, before his infected eye can be safely removed.
While he’s not out of the woods yet, I know that with your help, we can give sweet Tanna the chance of a much better future.
