This is Jazmina, a darling girl who was only 6 months old when she arrived at Villa Kitty, the victim of a motorbike collision. She had a loving family, but once the XRay confirmed her back was broken, they realised they would never be able to care for a paraplegic kitten.

Jazmina joined our threesome of paraplegics: Evie, Ginger Rogers and YingerMegs. YingerMegs was delighted: love at first sniff! Evie and Ginger Rogers had bonded tightly and hauled themselves together up the wire door to their top level beds, leaving YingerMegs behind. Now he had Jazmina for his friend and Jazmina had acquired a new feline family.

Nothing fazes Jazmina: she loves a cuddle and enjoys days spent in the garden, in the sunshine, with her buddies. She will never leave Villa Kitty, but you can ensure she has a happy and secure life by virtually adopting and sponsoring her.

And when you come to visit and hear a soft miaow, look down: it might be Jazmina saying “I’m ready for my cuddle now. And thank you”.
